CPSC Exempts Certain Engineered Wood Products from Chemical Testing

Recently, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has published 16 CFR 1252 to exempt certain untreated and unfinished engineered wood products from chemical testing requirements. This final rule entered into force on July 23, 2018. Summary of 16 CFR 1252 Exemptions is listed as below:
