CPSC Stops Nearly 3M Units of Violative Imported Products in 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2012

Jan-31-2013, CPSC released the figures of violative imported product stopped in 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2012. This was nearly three times the number of violative units stopped in the previous two quarters combined.
In the 3rd Quarter 2012, CPSC identified 420 noncompliance products during the screening of 5700 different imported products.   There are more than 340 Children Products (81%) stopped with the more than 1,000,000 units in quantity.
What are the major matter of noncompliance found in those viloative Children Products?

Lead – 176 (paint 5; content 171) (51%)
Phthalates – 54 (16%)
